Glen Murphy MBE (born 6 April 1957) is an English actor who played firefighter George Green in London's Burning. Murphy was the show's longest-serving actor, appearing in all 171 episodes. Murphy also auditioned for the part of fireman Kenny 'Rambo' Baines in the original 1986 television movie but lost out to Jerome Flynn.

Murphy is the son of former British champion boxer Terence Murphy and was himself a schoolboy champion in the sport. He was also an apprentice footballer at Chelsea and Charlton Athletic. He was awarded an MBE in 2007 for his charity work. His other work includes appearances in The Bill, Doctor Who, Midsomer Murders, Casualty, Shine on Harvey Moon and the film Fathers of Girls, alongside his friend Ray Winstone.
